In the valley of milk and honey
I want a cup overrunning
Make my liquor a little less bitter
Maybe the guard dogs licking not biting
Our moment is momentous
We end the way we envision
With the ideas tied to the eye lids
We end the way we envision
Where your headed
where you’re head is
Beast in the Garden
Be still guarding the gate
Ah lonely angel
waver of burning blade
Beast in the Garden
Ah still guarding the gate
A lonely angel
waving of burning blade
I'm going to burn down every last house
come on come down
come on get out
I'm going to burn down every last house
come on come down
come on get out
All end the way we envision
with the idea tied to the eyelids
All end the way we envision
Where you’re headed
Where your head is

My biggest regret is not appreciating Hop Along's live show when I saw them in 2018. I liked this album when it first came out, but recent 'rediscovered' it and I can't believe I didn't make it my entire personality. I've literally brought up not Abel in Torah studies, because it's made me see Cain and Abel in a new light. I'll just rewatch old live performances on repeat and remember to not take concerts for granted <3 SS

this album feels like a raw and deep exploration of the places language and music can go. explorative, introspective and earthy, this album seems to take our Two Hands and trace every line and crease.
all tracks on this album are my favorite track, not a single skip here. e
